Force transcoding based on video format

I am using kodi on a raspberry pi 4 and my library has some videos encoded in av1. is there a way to force av1 videos to be transcoded?

h264 and h265 content plays fine, it's just av1 that is laggy on playback

Yes, the options are available in plugin's config menu under "playback" section.

Where can I find that? I've installed all 4 parts of the plugin, the video, audio and image plugins settings just have a link that take me to the service's settings and that only has the tabs 'Emby for Kodi' 'Sync' and 'Interface'

The version of the service plugin is 11.1.5 and I downloaded the other parts from the helpers folder

Nevermind, I couldn't see the advanced option button, had to update kodi
