Nivel de video no soportado

Hola, tengo un problema que no termino de entender por qué  demonios se da. Estoy viendo una serie en 1080 y sucede que:

- mp4 a 5Mbps de bibrate y un nivel de video de 40 o 51 se ve perfectamente en reproducción directa.
- lo mismo con un nivel de vídeo de 62, el servidor (remoto) me lo transcodifica a HLS de 4Mbps con el error: video level not supported.

¿Alguien sabe por qué pasa esto? Me sucede tanto en la app de LG (una tele de 2017 que soporta mkv a 4K perfectamente en remoto) como en la app instalada en un firetv lite de 2020. La persona que lleva el servidor me dice que soy el único al que esto le sucede. La reproducción la tengo configurada al máximo de velocidad (en lugar de auto, que ahí me transcodificaba casi todo independientemente del otro motivo) y a la tele le llegan 105Mb de velocidad y al fire más de 320.

Hi, as I said it´s a remote server so I can´t access to the log. The only thing I can show you is "nerds statics" when is playing and transcoding but the only thing is an error saying "video level is not supported" and then transcoding when the level of mp4 video is more than 60. Same series is working perfectly with the same video codec and bibrate but a lower video level (40 or 51 for example)

Hi, server log files are accessible from the emby web app, android, ios, windows apps, etc.
