some questions about the Trakt plugin

Previously, I used media files to build my media library, and the Trakt plugin worked fine, successfully syncing playback history. Later, I switched my media library to STRM files, and I noticed that when the playback status changes, the plugin fails to sync it to Trakt. The log shows '0 movies and 0 episodes synced.I’d like to ask whether this is an issue specific to me or a common problem.
