custom images not working for collections

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm trying to edit the primary image for a collection (box set) by using a picture I found on the internet and i only get a small image instead of a full sized image. It doesn't matter what aspect ratio I use, it's always the same size. Any suggestions?

Hi, are you referring to the Christmas movies one? If so, then it’s due to the image not being 2:3 aspect ratio.

 You can use any image you want, but the closer the aspect is to 2:3, the more it will fill the box.
