Now playing bug worse and worse

Hi

Running current version of Emby but problem is there since I use emby (more than a year now), the Now Playing page has always been buggy. It reports hours/days after a playing session is finished still as playing or in pause. Only way to get rid of them is to restart Emby server. It's same bug through API that reports also these ghosts sessions.

Sometimes it's even worse with media playing on one player and also being reported as playing on an other player while that player is not running anything at all !

I have noticed issue happens mainly with Android clients and web sessions.

I would be happy to supply logs but might be complicated as problem runs on days Is someone interested to fix that issue ? or one more in the lists of issue we have to do with ?

This has been reported for months and nothing ever comes from reporting it.

yeah it starts to be a little boring not to get issues reported fixed at all

HI, this should be much improved in the 4.9 beta channel. We are working on backporting the fixes to 4.8. Thanks.
