Recent update set all users as administrators

Not sure what happened but whatever update was pushed a few days ago caused all users to be able to administer the server - not a very awesome adventure.  Lucky my users are pretty good friends but that could have been less than cool...

Just thought I would throw this out there to see if this happened to anyone else.

I am running Emby on Docker with the  docker image.

First indication was a buddy texted me on screen while I was watching a show…

Then I went looking and all users were set to allow server administration. I manually unchecked that for all other user than me. Been good since.

Have seen no changes on any test or production environment here but Windows only Release and Beta.

On 4.9.0.33 docker install. Went and checked after I seen this post and can confirm no users settings were changed on my setup.
