Hello Luke

This is already taking a very long time already is very frustrating for me. As maybe others users i do like just to connect to my local embx server within my local network.

I am not y nework person and i just stoped to try getting https up an running. I had no luck at all. I have have (had to) startup again the Plex Server an that is working at least. I was switching from plex to emby because emby was much more easy and nice to use and anderstand then plex.

Hope this issue will be fixed soon and i can use emby on this stupid titan os again.

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all of you and your family

Jürg

I understand but please send your feedback to Titan. That is the best way to get this taken care of as quickly as possible.

Remember that other server has a relay feature that routes everything through their own severs when a direct connection isn't possible. But doesn't that feel like a privacy violation? Don't you want a personal media server rather than one that puts all of your information into the cloud to sell to the highest bidder?

I constantly emailed the Titan OS dev team to respond to your initial developer access requests until they responded to you.

Someone else's turn 😎

Having the same issue, I can access the Emby server through the TV browser, but not through the app. Will try and setup https these days when I get some free time. I do not have the problem with the on screen keyboard though, or perhaps it is fixed in the latest update.
On which email do you guys write to them, I will shoot them one?

Update: https does not work either... I can access the server using the browser on the tv (both http and https) but not through the app.

I guess Emby users are not important for them, no response so far...

Hi, my settings look like this, which works and may help someone else too.
I signed the SSL certificate myself on my webmin server - but here the primary reason is because of LDAP.
(My ISP allows me to use my public IP address even within my LAN network, so i can also use my public IP to access services inside my local network.)
I log in to my TitanOS TV using my public IP address (not ddns) and use the standard port 8096 (not SSL port 8920), and the login and access work.

My settings:
