Live TV Sources: Add tags to channels to URL

I'm tying to use the tuner feature to add tags to channels for a URL but it doesn't seem to be adding the tags.   The URL only contains NCAAB channels so Id like everything tagged to A14_NCAAB.

Is this feature only available for M3U files and not URL links?  TY

I apologize, it tags the channels in the URL correctly.   

My confusion is that it also kept the original M3U tag and so the channel has two tags now.   That's not going to be a problem for me.
