Asustor - Chromecast gen 3: embedded subtitles not working sometime

Hi,

When casting from my iPhone Emby app to a Chromecast, the embedded subtitles in certain releases are not rendered, although they are visible in Emby in the browser and on the iPhone (without casting). Any idea why?

An good example are most MeGusta releases. E.g.  Bad.Sisters.S01E03.1080p.HEVC.x265-MeGusta.mkv

Thanks for the quick answer. The only thing I could add is the server log, but I would rather not attach it to a public location. Any way of uploading it somewhere non-public?
