JacobD 1 Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 Is it possible to force-show empty movie folders in the library? I do that with TV shows by adding an empty folder called "Season 1" but I don't know what's the trick with movies. (Also is there an easier way to do that for TV shows?)
Luke 42079 Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 Hi, should be able to see these in folder view, no?
Neminem 1519 Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 (edited) You can try with a dummy file in a folder. Folder : Die Hard (1988) {TmdbId-562} File : Die Hard (1988) {TmdbId-562}.disc But you will get an error when you try to pay it Edited November 17, 2024 by Neminem

That's correct, however, I'd like them to be in the main library section. That's mainly so that I can know what movies I've watched so far from a collection for example. 3 minutes ago, Neminem said: You can try with a dummy file in a folder. Aren't there any workarounds, like for the TV shows?
Neminem 1519 Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 The naming of folders and files are what I got use to. It insures correct identification. But You can try with your naming

Luke 42079 Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 Because a series is itself a folder (a grouping). A video is not. So no, it's not so easy.
