How to show empty movie folders?

Is it possible to force-show empty movie folders in the library? I do that with TV shows by adding an empty folder called "Season 1" but I don't know what's the trick with movies. (Also is there an easier way to do that for TV shows?)

You can try with a dummy file in a folder.

Folder : Die Hard (1988) {TmdbId-562}

File : Die Hard (1988) {TmdbId-562}.disc

But you will get an error when you try to pay it

That's correct, however, I'd like them to be in the main library section. That's mainly so that I can know what movies I've watched so far from a collection for example.

That will work; however, it will require editing many folders. Aren't there any workarounds, like for the TV shows?

The naming of folders and files are what I got use to.

It insures correct identification.

But You can try with your naming

The TV shows library can show empty media folders, can't the same be done somehow for the movie library?

Because a series is itself a folder (a grouping). A video is not. So no, it's not so easy.
