Offline Access aka Download issue on Android

Hi @Luke , is this an issue in the latest version? I'm using the latest version and have two Android devices with all permissions allowed. I've tried connecting to both 4G and Wi-Fi. The download option does nothing; it says "starting," but when I check the downloads, nothing is there. Is this a known issue?

No luck, @Luke. I sent you the logs, but only one TV episode downloaded correctly, and none of the movie files, not even the smaller ones, downloaded.

Eventually, I gave up on downloading for offline viewing and started streaming them instead.

What device and version of android? What you may want to try is completely clearing out the downloads section in the server and then just trying to download one thing and see how that goes.

I have a Vivo Y35 (Android 14) and a Note S22 Ultra (Android 14). What does the Downloads section in the server refer to—what path is it? Is there a temporary download location for offline viewing? I thought the files would be directly downloaded to our devices.

The downloads section in the server lists all of the content that has been downloaded for offline viewing by Emby for android, windows and iOS.
