Error Exception

I just started getting this error exception on Live TV...Exception of type 'MediaBrowser.Common.Extensions.RemoteServiceUnavailableException' was thrown. 

First time receiving this type of error. Any idea on how to fix this playback error? Using 4.8.10.0. Thank you.

This could be a 503 response from the Live TV provider. Did it work before for this provider. Is it IPTV ?

Best to upload the complete log file - you can download anonymized log files through Emby Web 

To check the actual url that is getting the 503 response, have a look at the raw log file where it should be logging the http request

Sorry for the late response but I didn't have the time to run down the issue and since I was going to move the db to a newer PC I just did that instead. Checked the install and no issues so far. I know it probably wasn't the right choice because finding the answer to the error would have been better. But I was time pressed so all is good for now. Sorry.

I just wanted to add an FYI and for anyone who might come across this error logged for a local DVR.

I had this error logged for one of my HD Homerun's recently when attempting to stream a channel. I tried the request to tune directly in a browser and got the same error (error 503). Checking the status of the tuners - they were all reported by the HD Homerun as free. Switching power off/on on the HD Homerun resolved the problem
