Downloading subtitles not working

even though i have opensubtitles configured it says no results found, I have no idea when this started to occur, but I am assuming it was probably when I reinstalled emby on my nas. I did not encounter this issue last installation, could someone help?

I found the fix to it, i was using the login for opensubtitles.org not .com (which I had 2 different accounts for)
