New issue after clean install, Collections are not updating metadata.

I've scanned the library a few times, I've chosen the option to automatically start collections with 2 items. I've rescanned the library several times, I've tried to identify the collections but it never finds a search result. I've searched both as names and using The MovieDB ID, the only return is 'no items matching your search criteria was found."
