Ahoj

Hi,

Have you configured what you want to see on the homepage?  Click the person icon top right, then edit the Home Screen menu options.

Hi, thank you for your quick response. Yes, I have the home screen set from the beginning, but nothing is showing. I have Emby windows on my laptop, where I have movies in folders in the laptop and without any settings, as soon as I created the folder, it immediately appeared on the home screen. See the picture in the attachment. Only Synology has a problem. The link below cannot be opened.

Think you have a problem with your library layout.  Looking at the above you have a library name Filmy with a path of:
/volume1/video/Filmy

You also have a library Marvel with an invalid path.  I can't. see the whole path but I can see
/volume1/video/Filmy...

That tells us your Marvel path is nested under your Filmy path.  You can't do that because your whole Marvel path is already included in the Filmy path.
You could do something like:

/volume1/video/Filmy
/volume1/video/Marvel

There would be no conflict of your libraries using the door.

Hi, that's not it, I'm attaching 2 screenshots below. Windows : I put a test subfolder in the movies folder and I have it on the home screen. Synology: I created a new Test share, gave Emby read/write permissions, saved one movie to it, and it still won't show up on my home screen. Everything is clearly visible in the screenshots.

Did you grant access to the internal Emby user on your content area?

Of course, I saved all the folders I want there, otherwise the library wouldn't even load. As I wrote above, everything according to the instructions. So I just don't understand why it doesn't appear on my home screen.

You have a library setup as a nested folder of another library.  Don't do that.

Try setting up the test library in a new path not already part of any other library.

I already did that in the post above, test

@Mariob96 what libraries do you have now and what folder paths are added to each one?

Hi, I deleted the previous paths. Now I only have the path to the music folder. Volume1 /Music. Read/Write permissions. But unfortunately, it still doesn't show up on the home page.

Hi, so you only have one Emby library?

teď ano, ve sdílené písni mám oprávnění ke čtení/záru pro Music a Video, ale v emby mám načtenou pouze hudbu.

Did you edit your user access permission to grant yourself access to any of the libraries you created?

I'm asking if you gave access to the user for any of these libraries?
Click on the user you want to configure.

Under the Access tab, set permissions for libraries.

So I have no idea what you mean. Could you give me more detailed instructions please.

That's it. It's okay now. Thank you very much for your support. Have a nice day.
