Wrong language themes and specs list for theme videos for contributors

Radeon, I have been getting theme videos (for both movies and TV) in other languages and with quality issues (low bandwidth/resolution, contributors watermarks appearing on the screen etc.). This is getting more frequent. When I get a different language theme and make my own replacement, it doesn't seem to upload to the network. Are there multiple themes that should be matched by user system language, or is it just the first theme uploaded per title regardless, and all other contributors' videos are moot?

I couldn't find it listed anywhere; what are the specs (besides mp4) for theme videos, such as file size, audio/video codec, and the number of channels for audio.

I posted a similar post in the general plugins forum because I didn't see an active one for TV themes, but the problem exists for both movie and tv video plugins.
