Does not load movies on Nvidia shield server

Hi. I installed the latest version of the server on Nvidia SHIELD pro. It supports all the movies and series that I have on a HDD connected to the Nvidia. So far, so good. But when I press play to watch something, the wheel keeps spinning and tells me something like there have been too many errors and returns me to the menu.

 

Any advice?

Hi.  How did you install the server?  It looks like either components are missing or the server cannot access the storage system.
