No Hardware Transcoding

I installed docker using proxmox ve and installed the emby container. I can see and check the hardware transcoding options for each format in the transcoding options, but there is no hardware transcoding when I play.
When I execute ls -l /dev/dri in the emby container, it shows:
total 0
crw-rw-rw- 1 root 44 226, 0 Nov 5 14:10 card0
crw-rw-rw- 1 root 104 226, 128 Nov 5 14:10 renderD128
But in proxmox ve, it shows:
crw-rw-rw- 1 root video 226, 0 Nov 5 14:06 card0
crw-rw-rw- 1 root render 226, 128 Nov 5 14:06 renderD128
In the emby container, I can see that /etc/group has a video group ID of 44, while group ID 104 has no group name. Is this the reason why emby cannot perform hardware transcoding? If so, how to solve it?
