Hi there

I get this error when i try to download subtitle:

User and passw. is ok, enby findes the subtitles but can not download it. I have a vip account and the opensubt. support says it is Emby server probleom

Could this be the age-old "use your username not your email address for your opensubtitles login"?

Is that still a thing? It was a year ago.
