iGPU not detected in Emby

iGPU shows installed correctly in the OS but Emby doesn't seem to recognize it.

Something to note is that this worked correctly, I am not sure when this broke but I recently noticed it and I don't know how to attempt to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Upgraded ubuntu to 24.04 and that seems to have reinstalled drivers and fixed my issue
