Media restarts when user paus on Chromecast

When my son uses Emby on Chromecast and pauses or add a subtitle, the movie either restarts from the beginning or - if a new subtitle is selected - the image freeze until the subtitle catch up with the media. 
I have asked for times, to be able to find something in the logs, but no luck. 
I got some complains about subtitles with timing wrong today, but nothing in the logs points toward any special issue for that. There are errors, but they seem unrelated. But I add it anyway.

The server is a docker image with Emby 4.8.10.0
