Thanks for your explanation!

In such a case i think there is nothing to do from Emby team side. I just want to find any software to check every video file i would like to add into library. Sometimes i download videos from internet so it looks like a lottery if i add it.

Do you have issues with all files in this path?

Hi @Luke As i said before - no, i have many files in this directory, but only some of them plays with error. There are russian names actually, but seems like Emby cannot write it correctly in logs.

I like to use MP4Box and run a batch file to check and fix media for errors, as well as, change the language for of the media to whatever it's suppose to be.  MP4Box works from command lines, which makes it easy to run the command and 1 to 1000 media files are checked when I click "Enter".  This only works for .mp4.  More details on an earlier post and a great ffmpeg command line from Dust42 that does something similar for Linux:

For MKV and h.265 media, you can use MKVTools, which is I think only GUI, but allows multiple files to remux at once.

Hope that helps.
