One of my users says that when the app updates on any of their Apple devices (Ipad, iPhone, Apple TVs) it forgets not just the user login, but the entire server configuration. They have to go through the whole setup like it's a first time installation on that device. Is this something that anyone else has seen/is there a fix for it? Thanks!

Are there any settings that we should check? I can't think of any off the top of my head that would do it, but I'm not much of an Apple person. Have there been any other instances of this with a workaround/fix? Thank you!

Since it's tied to something external to our control as users of Emby, it's not like there's a simple way we can easily repeat the process to verify the problem.
