I got emby on my phone but how do I get it on my firestick now

The emby server on the am I got a load of movies up clicked on one it asked me to pay and upgrade it’s not what i was expecting no box office or box sets etc

Have you set up your own server?  If so you can contact it for free using a browser, but most client apps require a one-time payment - unless you subscribe to Premiere for your server.

I haven’t set up a server that i know of i just went to apps on my firestick and downloaded it i haven’t seen anything on there about which server to use my WiFi internet is with virgin? This has done my head in paid for it last time and didnt know how to get it on wasted money now cant get it on now more wasted money not happy at all

Just checked the server is utv2 this is what comes on firestick no box office films series box sets Netflix anything like that if i click on a recent film it says i have to pay

If you don't have Premiere on your Emby server, you have to pay to use the app (single payment per app store).

If this is not your own server, then you'd be better off contacting the person who gave you their server details.  The Emby organisation makes software for streaming; they do not provide media - that's up to you.
