Stop automatically playing file if tapped

I don’t know when things changed, but in the past if i was scrolling through the list of files in a Folder in Emby on my iphone and tapped on the name of the file, i would get a popup screen asking what i wanted to do with the file (play, add to queue, etc). Now, if i tap a file it immediately starts playing, erasing whatever was in the currently playing queue. At least once a day i will try to tap the three dots icon but miss it and end up tapping the file name itself, clearing out whatever was in the queue. Is there any way to fix this? thanks.
