App/server crashing

Some files if you fast forward a movie on the Samsung TV (emby tizen app) it crashes cold, restarting emby server does NOT help this happened to me several times now - it takes deleting all the damn caches, files directories etc. maybe there's a way to a) stop this issue from being an issue? b) have a better way to reset your databases that it/s easier for users to deal with it?!
