Music video does not show on shuffle

I am not able to see the video when using shuffle play.  It shows the thumbnail only.  When I play the individual video it shows just fine.  Anyone see this before?  Firestick 4K

Hi.  The app cannot shuffle photos and videos in the same list.  I imagine that's what is happening - the first thing in the list is a photo.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

I am only using the “Emby” app on the Amazon firestick App Store.  I have since moved the server from a windows machine to Synology NAS and still the same result.

• Not tested on Emby for Android or Firestick.
