1. Totally agree  on privacy and reliability, Emby nails it with playback on their first-party apps. But customization? Kinda lacking. Like, you can’t hide the download row(which takes more than 30% of screen) even though there's already a "Downloaded Media" button at the bottom. And despite users asking for it over and over. Plus, the bottom row is somehow linked to the hamburger menu order instead of being independently customizable. Oh, and can we please get the double-tap option to skip forward/backward 10 seconds? Just add it already!Add option to remove Downloads from Home Screen

2. Yeah, the transcoding is awesome! I love how it encodes to HEVC when downloading, such a great feature.
    
3. Media organization on Emby, though, is a mess. The metadata setup is rough: you can’t turn off season names, and they’re stuck in the default language, which is super annoying. Refreshing means it’ll re-detect intros, which takes hours on big shows since intros are tied to metadata. Plus, DVD order is broken. (Feature request:  add TMDb alternative orders! after fixing the metadata agent)
   
   
    
4. it would be cool if you could specify which user feedback is actually being worked on, since almost all the feature requests are for future updates. Like, it’s great that all these requests sound good, but there should be a clear indication of whether they’re in progress/pipeline or not. Take double tap for example,you mentioned back in February that you liked the gesture control on the iPhone when requested for double tap. It’d be nice to know if that feature is actually being worked on for implementation or if it’s just going to sit in the 'someday' pile for the next decade!

This has long been requested; I hope that it will be dealt with soon...
