I have noticed playback issues on this type of file with Fire Stick 4k and 4k max, however playback is fine when using the standard HD Fire Stick. Has anyone reached out to Amazon (if that's even possible) to get this resolved? I'm assuming if they know about it they must not be too concerned since it's been over 2 years, but just thought I'd check in if anyone has any further info. Such a pain that I can't use the FS 4k. thanks in advance for any comments!
