Emby Theatre Complains I need Premiere Key. Key Installed and Working

I have premiere lifetime key and its installed and working fine.

I can run emby theatre from my other windows pcs and use IOS and whatever.

However when I launch theatre from the actual PC running emby server. It complains and wont resume playing my movie. I will allow me to play one minute. 

I can run web app, so this seems like its a theatre app issue.

Are you using the windows store or desktop version?
