TV SHOW doesn't show up

Hi guys,

I noticed that one on my TV SHOW "Friends" doesn't show up.

Screen under is showing that i DO have Friends but when i go on TV SHOWS (Series TV) there is only the other one TV SHOW (2nd screen)

In other words : this mean that i can ONLY watch friends cause :

- it is "recently play"

- or using the search bar (screen 3)

 

I can play Friends episodes it works perfectly.

 And when i go on TV SHOW folders settings, there is my folder (with contains all the episodes - Its the first one on the 4th screen)   

 

 

TV SHOW only has one element instead of two

Folder settings : The friends folder is at /media/USB1/USB/USB-TVSHOW/Friends/

 

Do you guys has any solution about this ? It seems like the Friends TV SHOW is hided or something...

Problems like you describe are mostly naming/structure problems. Follow Emby's naming instructions EXACTLY and you will almost never have any identification problems.

With library only showing 1 Show and you have multiple library folder I will as do you have any access restrictions set on the user?

You don't appear to have any filters set per the image but can you very there are no filters set on the library?

Hi,

I do have 3 hard drives, each one has 2 folders which contains the medias :

- TV SHOW

- MOVIES

That's why there are 3 folders names on the last screen of my post (each folder = one hard drive)

I do not have identification issue. Friends is very well identified, i do have everything about it (pictures, informations, seasons info, etc). look (and look screen fron search result)

Of course, i already lanched a new identification / refresh of files, but nothing changed at all...

I use the Admin account, no restriction, nothing special.

No filters set, i think about it at first too but zero filter.

Ok, i find how to resolve this.

1 - I deleted the folder from TV SHOW mediatheque settings "/media/USB1/USB/USB-TVSHOW "

2- I rebooted the emby server 

3- I edited the folder settings to add "/media/USB1/USB/USB-TVSHOW" 

Which makes me have this setting : 

I forced the mediatheque file update and by magic, it appears now !

I have no idea why it diseapeared from the TV SHOW folder, but this resolved the situation.
