Trakt - Playback progress reset on "import playstates" task

Has there been any progress on this? It's quite frustrating as for some reason a lot of my episodes are marked as watch, but as soon as import the playstates from trakt, they stay as "Watched" but have a play progress of say.. 30% causing them to appear in Continue Watching. 

The actual fix for me here would be to set the play progress in Trakt as 100% when i manually mark a show as watched. Not sure if that is possible.
