Music library - Add Filter to Display Songs not in any playlist

The idea is to be able to see filter lost songs that do not appear in any of the playlist.

1. open music library

2a. click songs > settings > List

3a. Filter > In a playlist / Not in playlist

2b. click songs > settings > Table

3b. Filter > In a playlist / Not in playlist
