English audio problems

I’ve changed everything in the settings to english i gone through it multiple times .everything is set to english but whenever i play it , i cannot hear anything just the subtitles . the only other options are spanish dts 5.1 one being the default  and spanish ac3 5.1 which is the only one that works. i go to a different movie the only options are german and some you can’t even choose anything. So if you have any other suggestions than changing everything to english , it’d be really helpful . thanks
