Stop Library Scan

My "Movies" library is scanning (I started it with a right click > scan library) and I'm trying to figure out how to stop the scan. I checked the scheduled tasks which is where I'd normally kill it but it's not showing up there as already scanning. Screenshots below.

That's showing it's been cancelled.
It could be trying to finish up what was already queued up scan.

You can always look at the bottom of the server log file to see what it's actually doing.

Its showing a previous scan that I cancelled 10+ minutes before the screenshot but the current one is still running.  When I took that screenshot 35 minutes ago it was at 92% now its at 95%.

Hi, you may have cancelled it, but something may have triggered it to run again. They are two separate unrelated events. 
If you can please attach the Emby server log from when this happened then we should be able to get to the bottom of it:
