An option to exclude an entire library from automatically populating collections should be added.

Yes from a Emby library metadata standpoint that is the reason for the setting.

But it will still come back to does your media already have metadata as Emby will read exising <set> metadata no matter the library settings.  This is where @Lukeneeds to add a Higher Minimum value of one truly wants existing metadata to be ignored but discussed in other topics.

Sort of saw the issue here as ebr was thinking the same as me needing a higher value to not create collections if the info exists.
