Does not save last position

Good evening everyone, I have a very strange case, on my living room TV when I play a series it does not show within the server that it is being played, nor its last position if I exit the video, if I do this it goes back to the beginning, I do not understand what could be happening.

I install a version of android on firetv resolved the problem.
