External player PowerDvD 23

Hello, I have a question, I want to use the PowerDvd 23 as an external player but it is not working for me, the screen remains black. It is not there to run as administrator and try to set these configurations 
 /play, /start and nothing... any advice on how to use it?

Hello, I don't know what lines it uses, I could see in the forum that some people use version 20 and 22 of powerdvd, I just have version 23 and I wanted to use it since the Windows emby player gives me problems
