Admin DLNA pop-up profile box needs z-index:9; overlap texts

Version 4.9.0.30 beta  suspect also other versions
CSS Style bug

 Some text and check boxes have higher z-index values, so the pop-up gets overwritten from below.  A quick z-index:9; to check boxes would fix it.  A little left adjustment, I think looks nicer, too.

Hi, do you have any custom css? In my testing, no changes are needed.

I had all custom css turned off.  The screens are a little hard to find and only some of the selections have the problem.  Sometimes you need to scroll the back of the page up, to see some of these bottom divs showing through.
