question / Request : showing original title too

hello,

i am new with emby and last 10 Days i spent time migrating my plex libs. Because emby seems more flexible than plex i want to ask if there is a possibility to change the starting page of a movie? I am from germany and now i wish i could see english(or original) movie title in addition to the german movie title. Is this possible to do myself (maybe with settings or css) or is it possible to change in the emby software?
