emby Connect issues - WAN (Remote) works perfectly - Emby Connect wont

Hello I have a weird issue.

Some users can connect via Emby Connect App to my server fine - others can not connect.

When I test connection to remote WAN access to port 8096 it works fine and all users can login fine.

It's just some users Emby Connect wont let through.

Emby Connect wont let some users (some not all) though on my server BUT when I use the WAN Remote address it logs users in correctly.
 
Is there an issue with Emby Connect that is causing this issue?  It's only some users (I can login fine with Emby Connect via my mobile).

The first thing to try to fix this is to delete the user's Connect email address in Emby, save the user, then add it again to remake the Connect connection.

It's preferred not to make multiple threads for the same issue, please.

I already replied in your other thread - but the first thing to try is to remove the user's Connect email address and then readd it to remake the Connect connection.
