Night mode Shield TV question, turn off pop up.

I tried to find the answer to this in several Android forums but I failed. I think it might be because I do not know Android well enough to ask good questions. I thought I might ask here as there seems to be better understanding of poorly phrased questions here. If there is a better place in these forums mods can move this post there.

The I have just restarted using my Shield TV for Emby and I discovered while fumbling around the menus on the Shield that there is an option called "Night mode." It works well for me and i really like how it handles changes in volume as it does not seem to really change anything except to limit the spikes. However there is one negative: When night mode is enabled there appears on the screen every hour or two a message warning about it limiting audio quality. I understand that it does impact audio quality but i do not like the pop up showing up over and over.

I know it has nothing to do with Emby but I was hoping somebody here might know of a way to turn off that pop up but leave night mode on.

I think I recall someone else asking about this a while back.  I do not recall any resolution.

My searching of Android forums also yields nothing. It seems that the Shield people added this feature but do not want anyone to use it.

I also use this feature and have searched high and low trying to find a way to turn off the notification, but haven't had any luck either. I'm used to seeing it now, so it doesn't bother me as much now, but I'd still like to stop the notification.
