What is the file to change the left menu links?

What is the name and location of the file that contains the left menu items, please? I can't stand that clicking on TV takes me to "Suggested" - it should take me directly to Shows first. I also don't like that clicking on Movies takes me "Latest" first - I prefer to go directly to Movies.

 

The same question also goes for the "My Views" links. What is the file name and location, please?

Whole code is on github so start searching (or better yet make options for what the "standard" should be and make a pull request)
