GFMERCHANT 3 Posted October 11, 2024 Posted October 11, 2024 Was using tvOS 17.6.1 - photo slide show worked fine "upgraded" to tvOS 18.0 - photo slide show crashes Emby app upon selecting "photos", then "show slide show settings", then "yes," then after choosing slide show style. Emby client version is 1.9.0 (4) Server version is 4.8.10.0 (Windows) Same behavior on 2 different ATV4Ks.

When going to a folder the only options are to click on a slide or at the top you can choose Play All, Shuffle, Title, Filter, or the 3 dots which do not give any options for a slideshow. When you choose Play All there are no other options that come up. It does start a slideshow automatically but the issue is that now the slides are defaulting to showing a grid of the slides as well as individual slides. So for example when you select Play All a grid of 4 slides comes up, then transitions to a single slide and maybe then another single slide and then another 4 grid comes up of slides together. Before when you selected Play All slideshow options would popup and allow you to configure the slideshow first. It no longer does that.
