Deleting and recreating the library should have set per library option for CollapseSingleItemFolders to false but the only way to check now in is via the api doing a /library/virtualfolders/query as the /root/default/libraryfolder options.xml is no longer used. 

API link at the bottom of dashboard.  But depending on your setup is blocked to localhost/https connections per browser CORS settings.   The is a workaround with browser flags mentioned in several topics.

First section of this guide covers it as it was about the Collections library before it was readded.

Now its working. After change the <CollapseVideoFolders>  to false I need delete and recreate the library again
