Trakt Options (Only sync if watch or partially watched)

This maybe an obvious question, so bear with me. I would like to set-up the Trakt plug-in so I can see what I've watched within the Trakt website. This is option that I have currently only selected:

 

My issue is, once I pressed "Export Library to Trakt" within Scheduled Tasks, Trakt now says I saw everything the exact date/second I pressed run on that task (e.g., every movie/TV show that has a play status within Emby is now showing I watched it on October 9 at 9:00pm, even though those were all watched over the past few years).

Did I do something wrong? And should I have done something differently?

Hi, that's odd, because when the server sends this information to Trakt it does include the date played.

Have you been manually marking your content as played or unplayed, or do you use anything else that might be doing that? This could be causing your date played to get erased.
