Captions inconsistent or tripled

Currently watching a video outside of my network. I turned subtitles on they started coming through without issue.
Then, after some time, they started doubling and tripling up on top of itself.

I could turn them off, rewind a bit and turn them on, and they'd display just fine.

Other times, the captions would not come through at all.

I am having some issue with bandwidth so I think it might be trying to restart the stream and perhaps it's requesting another set of captions when this happens? Not entirely sure.

Shall I share logs from this play session to troubleshoot, or something else that could be helpful?
