Ytrailers plugin not seeing license when task executed

I have checked the configuration ytrailers.xml (shown below minus the key)

<PluginConfiguration xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  <ExpiryNotificationSet>false</ExpiryNotificationSet>
  <LicenceKey>MY KEY IS HERE</LicenceKey>
</PluginConfiguration>

 

and the license is in that file however when i run the task I get the following in the log.
