v4.8.10.0 issue

My emby server runs on windows.

Since auto update i have had a couple of issues.

1. If a live tv show is being watched on any tv (or recorded being recorded by the server) a second instance is not possible.  i use HD homerun for most live TV, Emby first stream works perfect however a second tv does not load the same channel live, screen is just black with emby spinning animation that never ends.  I have checked HD Homerun tuners and there is free tuners when this happens.  if you select to start the stream from the beginning sometimes this comes on as a work around but again a little hit and miss until the other tv is turned over or the recording stops.  you can watch another channel not being streamed without isssue but again the server is allowing only 1 tv or recoding to watch channel at a time.

2.  Server does not always release the tv tuner cards on HD Homerun when the stream ends.  A few times I have seen the error "unable to play" i have checked the dashboard which shows no activity or recordings but on the HD home run dashboard all tuners are in use.  if I choose to restart the emby server the tuners on HD homerun all become free free again.

Thanks for getting back to me, I shall try and recreate the issue tomorrow and send the logs, and hopefully a video of the issue.  Do you need all the logs or do I just send specific files?

Just the current Server log and any ffmpeg logs generated during your testing.  These will all be at the top of the Log Dashboard page.

Thanks

Sorry this is taking a while I could not recreate the issue today but I have just remembered the channel effected was recoding last time and would not play on 2 devices at the same time.  I should have some extra time tomorrow to attempt to recreate the exact environment.  I will document what I do if I can recreate and also upload the logs.
