When a movie is "Favorited", can that be seen by other users?

In the most recent version of Emby, playlists are now able to be seen (and edited, if desired) by other users using the new collaborative feature (thank you developers/programmers!).

You can also click the heart icon to make a movie a "favorite".  Is this also able to be seen by other users?

If not, I suppose I could select "favorites" and then just add them all as a group to a newly created collaborative playlist called Favorites.

BTW, what is the practical difference between Playlists and Collections?  Can collections also be seen by all users (if I designate it that way)?

Currently no as they are only a users Favorites.

I guess they can be looked at as similiar as a playlist is a specific item queue and Collections are a group of items.  But only admins and create and edit Collections at this time but are seen by everyone.
